摘要:

本文采取因子分析法对18所高等院校教授教化情况停止评价,改良了以往教授教化评价办法中主不雅身分较多的局限,具有较强的客不雅性。研究成果注解师资与教授教化后果是高等黉舍教授教化评价的关键性目标,黉舍要取得好的评价成果,就必须要加强高校的人才网job.vhao.net梯队培养、积极鼓励先生参加科技创新活动等。
This article takes the empirical analysis on 18 colleges and universities teaching evaluation based on factor analysis, eliminating the subjectivity in traditional teaching evaluation and improving objectiveness. Research results suggest that faculty and teaching effects are the key factors, and to get good result, the colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of person echelon and encourage students to take part in innovation activities etc.
