    Research Progress on the Development of Transgenic Rice for Salt Tolerance

摘要:

钳制是水稻发展发育的重要窘境之一,影响水稻产量和品德,因此进步水稻的耐盐才能是水稻育种任务急需处理的关键成绩。本文对水稻耐盐分子机理、耐盐相干新基因的定位和克隆,和耐盐转基因水稻培养等几方面的研究停止了综述,并对该范畴的前景停止了展望和评论辩论,以期为水稻抗盐转基因改进供给参考。

Salinity is one of the main factors which affect the growth and development of rice. Therefore, improving the capacity of rice salt-tolerance is urgently needed for its breeding. In this review, the mechanism of salt-tolerance in rice, cloning of salt-tolerance related genes and transformation of these genes into rice were reviewed. The prosperity of transgenic rice with salt resistance was predicted and potential problems existing in this field were discussed, as to support totally comprehension and advice for researchers in this field. It will provide some valuable information for the efficient development of transgenic rice tolerant to salt.
